Foreign Policy
Our Foreign Policy needs to be based on what’s best of the United States of America not the UN, SEAT0, NATO or NAFTA which is the policy we’ve been following for some time now.
First, we need to put our real friends and allies first and foremost such as, Israel, England, Australia, Japan, So. Korea, etc. and then let others see just what’s it’s like to be a friend rather than a Foe of the US.
We also need to begin this by bringing our Troops home from around the world where we do nothing but have a presence so others don’t have to have one of their own such as Germany, Japan and more at our Expense, we are not and should not be the Police force of the World which most of the time doesn’t gain any friends and also adds to our Debt. This reduces our ability to defend our own borders.
Foreign aid is something that needs to be given to true Friends and Allies, not just to support the military manufacturing complex we’ve built up over the years which President Eisenhower warned us not to let happen. The Monies we give to other countries in the form of aid goes to many of these countries when they buy arms to enslave the people we believe we’re trying to help.
The above are policies we need to change so that our foreign aid actually helps the people, by improving the economy which helps the people be free not a serf/slave to the government.

I agree that, in many ways, America needs to turn back the clock. The prevalence of drugs, gangs, and illegitimacy are good examples.

The time to turn the clock back is Now and we need to begin to insist that those now running address these issues as most don’t because most don’t even think they’re wrong. As Voters we must all demand of those running to pay attentiion to these issues as the lack of attention is what has led us all down this path of Naiton Building which was never intended by Our Founders and we need to return to it and Sooner rather than Later.l

I’ve started looking into all the candidates for Senate, and I love that you have a Q&A section. Many other candidates are just too vague on their websites about where they stand on certain issues. And they don’t have a public forum on their sites like you do for the people to ask them questions. Thank you for this comments section!
I like your stances about bringing the troops home. I agree – we aren’t needed in 130+ countries. I’m all against pre-emptive war. And especially because all of our recent wars were unconstitutionally declared (bypassed Congress).
On foreign aid, do you believe the Constitution authorizes the Federal Government to give taxpayer dollars to foreign countries? This is an issue I’ve recently looked into and it seems that private charities and philanthropies are the alternative way to give foreign aid, because it seems to the Constitution doesn’t allow for the Federal Government to give aid to foreign countires. What are your thoughts on what the Constitution allows/doesn’t allow as far as Federal Foreign Aid goes?

Hi Jello; I believe the only Foreign Aid we should be giving would be in Food to them in using the abundance of Grains Etc. to help them with feeding their citizens and not giving monies to them which is generally used to buy arms to enslave the same people we say we’re trying to help and yes I also believe this should be left up to agencies outside the Federal Government especially when the monies are used to enhance our Industrial Military Complex which Eisenhower and Truman warned us about.
