Second Amendment
I strongly support the rights of all citizens to keep and bear arms and will never vote to amend or restrict those rights in any way.
In the declaration of Independence Thomas Jefferson stated that, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights…” The Constitution does NOT give us anything. The constitution guarantees that government will not take away the rights God has given us.
We need only to defend and protect the Constitution as our founding fathers set it up, and we’ll be just fine.
This, I believe is all that needs to be done to protect our rights.

What will you do to repeal the federal regulations implemented by unelected bureacrats at various government agencies that restrict/deny our Second Amendment right? Be specific please. Thanks in advance.

Hi Bob; In Congress you have the ablity to rescind executive orders only takes Americans with Spines and at the very least don’t allocate funding to them so all would have to work for Free see how long that would last but legislation is the way to go. We need to send Americans to DC who’ll do the job not just talk about it as the ones that are there now do and have been doing for years and believe they’ll continue this behavior or they’d of already done something as I believe we control Congress and they hold the purse strings and still won’t tighten them. My quesiton is if not now when, oh I know when it’s really to late to matter lip service is no service at all. I’m hoping we can inspire enough Americans to join me in my quest to go to DC to both Expose and Change the system while we still can, please join in and invite others as well. God Bless You All; Van

Hi Bob; My positions are very clear on this issue, I’m just written a contract for Restoring America in which I state All Depts.,Agencies and Regulations must be Constitutional or will be dissolved within 90 days and any new legislation must also be Constitutional or will not be allowed out of Committee for a Vote. This is what I believe and hope along with others running to sign onto, however whether with their help or not will proceed with this when elected.
I firmly believe that many Depts., Agencies and Regulations are Uncontitutional and must be both closed and repealed within the 1st yr after being sworn into office, and this is what the American people should Demand of all those running.
