Birth Certificate & Credentials

The discussions on Obamas citizenship have taken place almost from the beginning of Obamas announcing his intention to run for the office of President of the United States of America to the present have been both controversial and informative for all who really pay attention to this issue no matter what side you may be on and should have started when he ran for the Senate to begin with.

I believe the Constitution lays out what legally qualifies any citizen for running for the office as well as the offices of the Senate and House and have been allowed in this matter to become virtually non essential as they seem to be able to avoid it mostly on strictly political correctness both by elected officials and those who are in some type of leadership in both Political Partys except for occassional lip service.

The Constitution addresses the qualifications for running for the offices of President, Senate and House in Articles I and II of Our Constitution and I might add are very clear on this issue and I believe leaves no room for any of us to interperet in any other manner than written.

My advisors have told me that even in the elections of 2008 a man by the name of Roger Calero a Nicaraugan Citizen had his name on 5 states ballots for President, please Google this info for yourself, as well as just recently the FEC gave permission for another non citizen to raise funds to run for President, these practices by both our federal and state governments are completely irresponsible, not to mention illegal and unconstitutional or do they even read it.

I’ll give you another instance of the lack of discipline in this matter, when I went to the Sec. of States Office in AZ they never asked me and probably no one else running for any proof of citizenship even though I’m running for the US Senate and I have to believe this applied to all others who’ve gotten the paperwork from them as well, they talk about Voter Fraud, how about the Fraud or Running without proof of citizenship, Sec. Bennett as well as all in the other 49 states and provinces.

If the States would simply be a qualifier of all who seek to run before issuing paperwork this issue would be null and void and the legislators of all states need to address this issue as they have the obligation to do so as they’re the ones who provide and collect the paperwork and run the election process within their borders.  A solid way of proving this may be using the certificate with the Raised Seal on it as this is what we must do for proving we have degrees.   Hopefully if we apply this to the process it will assure all of its being authenic and then if challenged we have the proof we’ll need and thereby avoid frivolous accusations as well.

I believe we must pass legislation at both State and Federal level that anyone running for a federal office must first prove their citizenship before even allowing them to run as this Political Correctness or Fear as I call it has done Our Country far to much Damage and must be stopped Now.

I ask all who read this to join with me and begin to ask their elected state and federal officials to pass legislation to address this matter with simply making all who intend to run for such offices to first prove their citizenship with a Valid Birth Certificate showing both their birth place and also the proof of the parents as well, this I believe will settle this issue once and for all and also make it very clear that Govenor who Vetos such legislation that we’ll put a petition together for a Recall since we know that most of our elected officials don’t have the courage to Impeach.

We know if a President dies in office others are in line to replace them and we need to know for certain any in line are truly qualified to be there and must be able to prove their True Right to hold that office before being allowed to run or for that matter being appointed by the President to any Position that might put them in that Line such as in the 70s when Nixon appointed Ford and then Ford appointed Rockefeller to the office of Vice President first time ever we had a Presiden and Vice President that hadn’t been elected by the Voters, so history proves it can happen and may again we must fix this now.

I ask all the next time you hear any elected official Federal, State, County, City, Township, School Board or Political Leader etc. address this issue at a meeting or any other function they may be speaking at you stand up and ask them how they’re actively pursuing this issue themselves or is this just more please the crowd talk as we’ve all had enough of the Lip Service or I’m certain those who support me have. If any of us support people who run for office or hold office or those who pretend to speak for them we must be better listeners than in the past as well as not fearing to ask questions of them or take the chance of being lied to once again and then who looks like the Fool?  God Bless You All; Van
