A Place to Start -

Americans must unite in these guiding principles. Our strength lies in the ideals of our Founding Fathers and if followed will continue to make us the Strongest and Freest Nation in History. Our tenets include respecting the U.S. Constitution, both in letter and in fact, as well as personal responsibility, account-ability, peace & prosperity thru strength, with limited federal and state government powers to only those that are laid out in the constitution, which they’re able to manage better than the citizenry or the private sector at large.

Americans believe in both less and smaller government, fiscal responsibility and lower taxes, this type of government will be better able to protect the American people. If these functions are held to by both the Federal and State Governments then we’ll all have a better quality of life, economic growth and jobs, keeping the country both safe and our environment safe and clean for future generations.

The Mission of all Americans should be to aid Candidates who have these beliefs and are willing to fight for them as well. If we do what we’re all asked to do then we’ll be able to put this type of American in office from the local school board all the way to the White House.

I believe if we all Unite behind these very basic beliefs we’ll be able to accomplish the goals that are set forth in this statement, thereby turn Arizona and the United States of America around, we’ll then have a Country we’ll be able to hand down to our children and future unborn generations of Americans, with the Freedoms our Founders gave all of us to enjoy and protect for all Americans.

The Principles upon which both America and our States were founded upon and we must return to are as follows.

1. The Constitutions of both Federal and State Government have to be the foundation for all legislation in either.
2. State sovereignty must not only be regained but also retained on all fronts and be relegated to the States by the Constitution.
3. National Sovereignty will be retained and preserved as the dominant authority any and all attempts by any to usurp the constitution by any international treaty will be defeated.
4. It is both the Responsibility and Duty of all Americans to both educate ourselves and others; to have honest free elections, without any sort of corruption we must hold all elected and appointed officials to the standards set forth in the Our Constitution.

In our endeavor of these principles we’ll both endorse and promote all of the following:

1. Form a more Perfect Union
   • All legislation both present and past must conform to all the restrictions in the Constitution, and must defend all citizens from any form of intrusion by the Government.
   • Have all States join together in putting forth the 10th Amendment which assert states rights to protect all of us from any federal government unconstitutional interference.
   • Demand complete compliance wit Our 2nd Amendment Rights to Keep & Bear Arms.
   • Introduce and Pass a Read the Bill Act, thereby insuring the elimination of any further corruption or influence by others trying to put in Pork, Earmarks or any other type of Riders to Bills.
   • The Fairness Doctrine or any other form of legislation in any Form will be opposed and prevented from ever being introduced in any legislation or Executive orders, which might restrict any of our Freedoms.
   • Pass Legislation preventing the Employee Free-Choice Elimination-Act, this is unconstitutional and unconscionable effort to the right of a secret Vote.
   • The Electoral Process must be restored so it has both Respect and Credibility.
   • Prevent all Public Funding of any type of Advocacy Group no matter who they’re affiliated with. Conduct Investigations of all such Groups when they get involved in or are accused of any type of Voter Fraud directly or indirectly.
2. Remove any type of motor voter or other voter fraud tools; secure all voter registration and ID Systems.
3. Forbid any attempts to permit foreign citizens the right to vote in any Election in the US or its’ Provinces.
   • Reject the UN Treaty on the Rights of the Child.
   • Reject any and all agreements that seek to confiscate or restrict Our Right to Bear Arms.
   • Reject Agenda 21 with all its tangential “sustainable” issues.
   • Reject “Lost” the Law of the Sea Treaty.
4. Once again put into practice a system that has all legal immigrants assimilate so as to preserve all the benefits of advancing their education, thereby insure a prosperous Nation. Remove all Sanctuary Status from all States, Counties and Cities. There will be No Benefits, Citizenship ever for any who enter the United States Illegally. We must arrest and detain all who enter the United States Illegally for a period of time not to exceed 6 months and then deport them. We must pass a Congressional Reform Act which includes the following provisions;
   • Term Limits Act;
   • Two Six yr. Terms for the Senate
   • Four Two yr. Terms for the Congress
   • Establish English as the Nations Official language.
5. Congress will be governed by the same laws it passes for the rest of us.
   • They will negotiate with the States and the voters of the states they represent for any and all paid salaries and benefits.
   • All Members will be subject to recall by the States they represent.
6. Establish Justice
   • The Constitution will be restored as the basis for all the Judiciary both State and Federal.
   • Freedom of Religion shall not be restricted in any manner at any public place.
7. To Insure Domestic Tranquility.
8. The Parents not the Government have the responsibility for making the decisions as to the discipline, education, medical and spiritual welfare of their Children.
9. The US Government must not allow for any funds collected by it to be used in any way to end life, that includes the unborn, thereby recognizing the sanctity of Life the only exception to this will be a person convicted of a capitol crime in a court of law.
10. Provide for the Common Defense
    • No longer practice the art of Political Correctness in any form. We must now declare that there is a war between the United States of America and what some would call Radical Islam, realize that we’re in it to win and all who have an ideology which teaches our destruction are our enemies both external and within our Borders and treat them as enemies.
    • Our Borders must be sealed by using all methods which include; technology, border patrol and our military and this means All Our Borders.
11. Promoting the General Welfare
    • Return to the days of our Founders with incentives to save and invest.
    • Balance the Budget, put forth a plan to reduce the size of government by 2% a yr. for 5years with a Freeze on all wages, hiring and any other form of compensation to all but the military and other departments involved directly with our defense for a 5 year period.
    • Remove all Stimulus Funds from the budget along with all subsidies, all will be returned to reduce the deficit.
    • Put all government agencies and departments on a Zero based budget as do most private businesses.
    • All Government Agencies will have transparent auditing and all monies left in the budget at the end of each fiscal yr. will be used to decrease the deficit.
    • Energy Independence will be put into practice in real terms with and all out effort by our producers, refiners, manufacturers and this will be brought about by removing the Federal Government from the mix.
    • Defeat Cap and Trade and pass Fed Bill # 1207 to audit the Federal Reserve, which will be the first step to closing it down.
    • Restore the Welfare Reform provisions which were removed by the Stimulus Bill.
12. Healthcare is not a Right and the Governments attempted take over is unconstitutional Obama care must be repealed and replaced by a Market Based Solution.
13. Remove all Restrictions on Health Care Providers, this has been done in New Hampshire, the result will be competition, which will drive down the cost and improve the coverage as well.
    • All States will have the same standards.
    • Be able to purchase Insurance across state lines. LD 290
    • Enact Tort Reform.
14. Secure Our Blessings of Liberty
15. Put in place a system to teach True American History with its liberties, freedoms, and the U. S. Constitution to the entire educational system from K thru College. Jefferson once said, “If a Nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of Civilization, it expects what never has or will ever be.”
16. Close the Departments of Education, Energy, HUD, Interior and Commerce as well as OSHA and the EPA and put those duties back in the hands of Congress who is the responsible body for writing the Laws and Regulations.
17. National Security; begins within our borders both by Guarding and Closing them, as well as making our cities safe and secure from not only crime but also Gangs both Domestic and Imported, it’s time we treat these gangs in a manner they can understand.
    • Have our Troops and National Guard assist our Local Sheriffs and Police Departments with enforcing the laws and putting an end to the violence that they commit on a daily basis within the cities of our Country.
    • Allow our Military/National guard to be used to secure our Borders and be put under the command of States Governors and or local law enforcement officers to implement this program. If we implement a program where we listen to those who are on the streets on a daily basis we’re certain to succeed.

Our concerns need to be on security issues and realize that we lose more of our citizens on a daily basis to gang crimes than we do to the wars we’re in and no one seems to be concerned about this, as it usually happens in poorer areas of our communities. We need to make our streets safe for all our citizens and thereby give them all a part of the American Dream, I believe those best qualified to carry this out are our local Sheriff and Police if we only give them the tools and support to carry them out.

We need to bring some of our troops home from areas thru out the World where they’re no longer needed to police other countries and allow them to take care of themselves for a change such as; Germany, Japan and Eastern Europe to name a few, we’re not supposed to be the cop of the World while our own cities are under attack.

18. Energy Policy which will basically free all of high priced fuel and government subsidies to every green idea that comes down the pike which we give enormous tax breaks to before even proven to be effective.
    • Time to allow drilling for Oil in Alaska, Montana and the Dakotas and other areas for Natural Gas and remove all the government barriers to it.
    • Begin to build Homes and Commercial buildings that are energy efficient and cut our use of power with that rather than all the so called technology we subsidize that hasn’t been proven to work without government aid.
    • Commit ourselves to real savings by using Nuclear power where we can and Natural Gas in vehicles and power production, remove the subsidy from Ethanol and all other so called Green Energy that just drives up the price of Food and other products as well.

There will be additional items and issues added from time to time however we believe this is a good starting point and both can and will begin to put the United States of America back on the path to both Safety and Prosperity for All of US.
